By using IG Story Viewer, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear — please read them before you start.

IG Story Viewer provides a free tool for watching publicly available Instagram stories anonymously. These Terms of Service govern your use of the site and the service.
We care about doing things the right way — respecting creators, respecting privacy, and being upfront about what this tool is and isn't. These terms reflect that.
If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the service. If you have questions, the contact page is the right place to start.
Using IG Story Viewer means you've read these terms and agree to them. That's true whether you create an account (we don't require one) or just visit the site. If you're using the service for an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on their behalf.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use IG Story Viewer after changes means you accept the updated terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use IG Story Viewer, or the minimum age required in your country for internet services. Under-18s should have a parent or guardian's permission. By using the tool, you confirm you meet these requirements.
IG Story Viewer is a personal tool. Please use it fairly:
The service is for personal use. You can view and save stories for private purposes — but not for redistribution, commercial publishing, or any activity that generates revenue without the original creator's permission.
Everything on Instagram belongs to whoever made it. Viewing or saving a story through our tool doesn't give you ownership of it. Don't repost content as your own, sell it, or use it commercially without explicit permission from the creator.
IG Story Viewer only works with publicly available content and never needs your Instagram credentials. If you're ever asked for your Instagram username or password on this site, something is wrong — contact us immediately. Don't enter login details into any third-party downloader.
You're responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws in your country — including copyright law, privacy law, and Instagram's own Terms of Service. We don't assume liability for how you use what you download.
To keep the service fair and available for everyone, these activities are not allowed:
Don't use scripts, bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to access IG Story Viewer or download content in bulk. The service is built for individual, manual use. Automated access strains our infrastructure and violates Instagram's policies. We'll block it.
You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or any content you download through it. Building a competing service on top of ours, or offering bulk downloads to others for payment, is not permitted.
Don't attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the security of IG Story Viewer. Unauthorized access attempts will be reported to relevant authorities and may result in legal action.
Don't use the service to harass, stalk, defame, or harm anyone. Don't download content that violates someone's privacy or that is illegal in your jurisdiction. Any use that damages the service or other users' experience is prohibited.
IG Story Viewer is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Instagram changes frequently, and those changes can affect how the tool works. You use the service at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, IG Story Viewer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is lower.
You agree to hold IG Story Viewer harmless from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms or if we believe your use is harmful. Provisions that should survive termination — including liability limits and indemnification — will remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes should first be raised with us directly so we can try to resolve them. If that doesn't work, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under Dutch law.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified as minimally as possible to make it valid, or removed entirely if modification isn't possible.
IG Story Viewer may display ads served by third parties like Google AdSense to support the free service. We don't endorse advertised products or control ad content. Please don't interfere with ad delivery or attempt to manipulate ad systems.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the site, make up the full agreement between you and IG Story Viewer. They replace any earlier agreements or communications about the same subject.
